Yes, let us do everything in our power to keep them safe, but know that the ultimate power to protect them is God's power. Acknowledge it to your children so they can learn to trust and rely on him in trouble times, so that he will hear them when they call upon him. Allow God to be your Hero, and the Hero for your children by making him your buckler and shield.
Trust him to be the hiding place in the time of a storm. His ARMS are STRONG and HE is the EXPERT in providing protection.
